Now that your team is fully functioning, how is team leadership being handled?
What are the ground rules for your team?
How do you plan decisions, track decisions, and manage change relating to scope, time and cost?
How often do you meet and under what conditions?
How have you established and cultivated a shared vision?
Best Practices – Discuss with your teammates what is necessary for the team to function efficiently and effectively. Assemble a summary of best practices.
Once your team has compiled responses to the above elements, save them in the form of an APA formatted paper. Name your Microsoft Word document Group#_Mechanics_Practices and be sure to list all group members on your document before your project manager posts your team paper in this discussion forum.
