“Job-related training or development refers to systematic processes initiated by the organization resulting in the relatively permanent changes in the knowledge, skills, or attitudes of organizational members (Kraiger, 2003). Recently I have gone through different job-related training which has allowed me to gain knowledge on many different skills.I currently work for a large company and our training happens on many levels, at different times, with a variety of methods.Reasoning on the variation of methods is to help us develop skills at different points in our career.By completing these trainings at different times, it has allowed us to learn new things, put that to use, and then learn something else- it becomes a cycle. This cycle allows us to grow and develop and with applying the knowledge daily it helps us to remember the information given.
